My name is Raymond, I am a Canadian Chinese who haven been in Canada for 20 years. I went to Canada when I was a teenager. I graduated my high school and college in Canada with Business Administration Financial management program. I enrolled in auto and finance industry as a sales representative in Toyota from 2013-2019. I also had my TESOL certification in 2019 and started my ESL T/A program. Unfortunately it wasn’t lasted long due to the COVID.
Assisting the customers to make sure all the equipments are all set up. Ensuring the paperwork is signed properly. Showing the customer the features and benefits on the vehicle. Teaching them how to use the existing functions.
Helping new immigrants to learn and practice English with multiple languages. (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Introducing the vehicles to the customer as well as set payment plan such as Finance, Lease or Cash purchase. You need to know and be fluent in multiple languages such as English, Mandarin and Cantonese. You also have to have knowledge and communication skills.
It’s a famous College located in downtown Toronto.
