Job Responsibilities

1. Electrical primary analysis of defective products and development of analysis results; 2. Resolution of quality problems and explanation of projects through customer visits; 3. Understand customer requirements, formulate action plans, give instructions to the head office, and manage progress; 4. Cooperation with the head office factory in China related to quality-related operations.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in failure analysis in either the electrical or electronics industry; 2. Experience in quality control work at an automotive parts supplier; 3. Experience in negotiations with corporate customers and can imagine the product structure; 4. Experience in quality assurance and quality control work; 5. Experience in business improvement at manufacturing sites; 6. Proficient in Japanese.
