Job Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for the daily work of human resources department; 2. Responsible for the establishment, implementation, inspection and improvement of human resource management system to ensure its effective implementation; 3. Responsible for the selection, recruitment and employment of new personnel, as well as personnel appointment and removal, transfer, retirement and promotion; 4. Responsible for organizing, implementing and supervising the company's human resources strategic plan; 5. Establish a win-win talent management mode and a talent reserve system for enterprises; 6. Conducted employee performance assessment, and took charge of employee salary and welfare; 7. Organized staff training to improve their working ability; 8. Build and maintain corporate culture, organize employees to learn and publicize corporate culture and spirit.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in large-scale manufacturing industry; 2. College degree or above; 3. More than 3 years' working experience in similar position; 4. Familiar with manufacturing operation process and local laws and regulations of Vietnam; 5. Rich experience in employee relations, fluent in Chinese, familiar with Chinese culture, Vietnamese; 6.
