Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for analyzing and summarizing non-standard automation equipment assembly, commissioning, production, and after-sales problems, coordinating internal and external resources to promote problem solving. As the first responsible person on the customer site, control the import progress. 2. Assist equipment development engineers in equipment debugging, stability verification, and functional verification. 3. Equipment commissioning on-site personnel management, overall arrangement of technicians and on-site suppliers; 4. Follow-up on customer production site, NPI stage defective product analysis, follow-up handling of customer complaints, and obtain customer recognition and acceptance. 5. Statistics and analysis of the operation of the equipment on the client side, troubleshooting and resolution of equipment faults, and feedback to the company's R & D personnel to improve the design plan. 6. Production of equipment-related documents (SOP, operating instructions, transfer documents, etc.), and training customers on their use and maintenance.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majors in automation, machinery, electrical engineering, etc. are preferred. 2. More than 3 years of experience in equipment related positions, with experience in non-standard automation equipment development, commissioning & after-sales, and Facility Management in the automotive electronics industry preferred. 3. Able to accept overtime and cross-border business arrangements, able to withstand work pressure, have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, full of professionalism and sense of responsibility; 4. Familiar with the working principles of non-standard equipment mechanical transmission and electrical control, understand basic PLC and upper computer programming logic. Language requirements, English & Mandarin can be used as working languages
