Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the recruitment of positions in the U.S. region, and improving the team talent ladder construction. 2. Standardize the employment norms in each state of the United States, and implement the company's human resources program. 3. Inspect the warehouse from time to time to understand the status and needs of employees in each warehouse, business development status, and actual needs.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of human resources experience, with local warehouse logistics and other job recruitment resources and channels. 2. Familiar with the local employment norms in the United States and understand the laws and policies related to employment in each state. 3. Have a driver's license and be able to accept business travel. 4.
