Organize the formulation of relevant systems of human resource management, and organize the implementation and regular revision. 2. Organize the preparation and implementation of human resources development plans, and complete the excavation and reserve of human resources. 3. Made recruitment plans, organized interviews and second interviews, and completed staffing according to the needs of various departments and post conditions. According to the company's development requirements, design and implement training programs for employees of various positions. 5. Completed the performance appraisal of all departments of the company and effectively realized the purpose of performance appraisal. 6. Responsible for organizing and completing the management of employees' salary and insurance benefits. 7. Responsible for the management of employee labor relations, and properly deal with disputes and other related problems. 8. Organize and implement comprehensive management of staff attendance, promotion, transfer, reward, punishment and dismissal. 9. Communicate with employees, understand the ideological trends, and provide professional consultation on career planning for employees. Administration: 1.Organize the compilation of various administrative rules and regulations, and be responsible for supervising the implementation of various administrative rules and regulations. 2.Manage the management of the company's administrative assets and vehicles. 3.Prepare annual administrative expense budget and supervise its implementation. 4. Properly arrange the reception of visitors from outside, accommodation and meeting affairs for large conferences. 5.Organize and manage the logistics support work according to the company's operation and development needs. Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or psychology is preferred.At least a year personnel working experience, at least a year personnel administration working experience. 2. Familiar with national and local labor policies and regulations, especially those concerning social insurance and labor relations. 3.Familiar with and proficient in the process and administrative management of human resource management modules. 4. Strong influence, communication and coordination skills, good learning ability and copy writing ability, proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other office computer software. 5. Strong team leadership, strong sense of responsibility and fairness, good communication skills, adaptability and human resources skills. 6. Talent spotting vision, ability to quickly judge talent characteristics, and strong affinity.
