Job Responsibilities
We are an e-commerce US based company that provides the best in high-end Homeware and Health & Fitness product lines and has grown exponentially in the last couple of years. Our products have been bought by companies like Google and The Pentagon, as well as many celebrities, bought our products. We have rave reviews everywhere. We’re expanding our product sourcing team in China and are looking for an experienced Chinese Wholesale Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a buyer for a wholesale company and a strong understanding of the Chinese market. Responsibilities: Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained Working with Chinese suppliers to order products in advance to meet company demand Implementing and enforcing quality control processes and procedures to ensure the quality of products meets company standards Conducting inspections of incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products Managing and training a team of inventory and quality control staff
Job Requirements
Proven experience in inventory management and quality control Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) Excellent knowledge of inventory management and quality control procedures and techniques Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English and ability to work with suppliers to order products in advance Ability to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct inspections of incoming products Ability to manage and train a team of inventory and quality control staff Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
