Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling major lawsuits, arbitrations, and reconsideration cases, drafting and reviewing major contracts and documents, issuing review opinions, participating in negotiations on investment, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects, and providing legal opinions, etc.; 2. Responsible for researching policies, laws and regulations related to the company's business, issuing legal opinions, and proposing risk prevention measures; 3. Improve the organizational construction of the department, including revising and improving the responsibilities of the department, optimizing the post setting and responsibilities, formulating the staffing, and formulating the work norms and necessary systems of the department

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law; 2. More than 3 years of legal practice experience, preferably mining-related experience 3. Strong legal thinking ability and the work ability to analyze, handle and respond to legal problems; good communication skills, careful thinking, strong coordination and execution skills;
