Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territories. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to mel et their requirements. 4. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure clie Int satisfaction and drivesales growth. 6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads. 7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to remain informed and competitive. 8. Manage and analyze sales data and reporting to track performance against goals. 9. Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer feedback, and sales performance. 10. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with clients. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong knowledge of sales processes, tactics, and strategies. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Fluent in English and at least one additional language spoken in the target market. 5. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 6. Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
