Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the operation services of Alibaba Cloud International Certification business in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and the Middle East; 2 .Develop operation plans, visit customers according to the plan and develop new customers, and achieve task targets; 3.Understand customer needs, provide professional services to customers, maintain customer relationships, and communicate to solve customer problems; 4. Carry out good after-sales maintenance and care for customers, regularly report work and summarize, and increase customer stickiness.
