Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 1. Provide academic support during assigned hours. 2. Observe and evaluate students’ work to determine progress and make suggestions for improvement. 3. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs, abilities and interests. 4. Motivate and support students through positive feedback and reinforcement. 5. Communicate with parents as applicable. Employer Description We are a small Educational Consultancy company who believe in offering a high quality of service, not a high quantity of services. We also have a U.K. registered tutoring company that caters to any subject-specific needs that our students have.

Qualifications: 1. Excellent communication skills. 2. Openness to training and skills development. 3. Mastering of appropriate and effective learning techniques for students of different age levels. 4. Ability to work with students one-on-one and in small groups. Package and perks : 1.
