Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the construction of HEYER Organization in Germany, ensuring the operation efficiency and vitality of the organization; 3. Participate in the establishment of medium and long term planning and system process of HEYER in Germany; 4. Under the guidance of the company's overall business objectives, make annual planning, cost budget and target decomposition according to the business objectives undertaken by HEYER in Germany. 5. Responsible for the construction of talent echelon of Germany HEYER team to ensure the implementation of talent strategy; 6. According to the overall training and training framework of the company, responsible for the training and cultivation of German HEYER talents, talent transfer, talent promotion, talent transfer, etc.; 7. Responsible for the cultural construction of HEYER team in Germany, ensuring the integration of multi-element culture.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in business administration, human Resource Management or related majors; 2. English CET 6, Proficient in German, English and German can be used as working language; 3. At least 5 years hr module management experience in large enterprises is preferred; 4. Proficient in human resource management knowledge, management knowledge, organizational behavior, etc., and familiar with labor law, contract law and other laws and regulations; 5.
