Job Responsibilities

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills -Drive sales and act as a role model, constantly nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere relationships -Uphold boutique operations standards, including aftersales procedure -Participate and travel to off-site events and clientelling activities

Job Requirements

Requirements -Experience in selling high end Jewellery/Watches for at least 2 years -Solid knowledge and passion for diamonds and gemstones -Professional demeanor and appearance -Excellent interpersonal competencies in order to develop a network of loyal clients -You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills -Language requirements: Chinese and English -GIA certification a plus Job Type: Full-time
