Job Responsibilities
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door • Competitive Intelligence: Have a clear analysis of all competition on domestic and international market, and benchmark the best ideas • Work closely with financial and sales department to help serve customer and company needs in the most profitable way. • Create strong relationship with Marketing team of our distributors • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social networks and blog that attracts and converts our target groups • Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints • Tracked, analyzed, and delivered monthly Sales KPIs, Sales activities, and Sales Pipelines Metrics reports along with insights and actionable solutions.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor- Master Degree in Marketing, overseas background appreciated • 5-10 years’ experience in Marketing in a multinational environment, related to B2B business • Experience in the food or other FMCG industry is a plus; Familiar with distribution
