Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the completion of business targets in the country, marketing, project negotiations and customer liaison work of the relevant business. 2、Responsible for the development of the business network development plan and annual work plan in the country and promote the implementation. 3, reasonable forecast of market commodity demand, to protect market sales performance, inventory control risk prevention. 4、Docking domestic products, operations and other related teams, effectively solve all problems involved in local sales and promotion such as taxation, legal affairs, intellectual property rights. 5、Cooperate with the headquarters marketing center, develop a brand development strategy in line with the local market situation, and enhance the local brand image. 6、Develop and maintain local public relations in all aspects and deal with crisis matters. 7、Build and continuously improve the talent ladder in the region, create an efficient operation team, and ensure that the organizational effectiveness of the team is not lower than the requirements of the company and the department in the current year 8、Establish and optimize the operation-related processes, systems and supporting operational mechanisms in the region to ensure the standardization and effectiveness of work
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, business management, business administration and other related majors are preferred 2、At least 5 years working experience, with more than 3 years management experience 3、Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages. 4、Strong leadership skills and talents. 5、With advanced management concepts and strong ability to develop and implement strategies.
