Job Responsibilities

Description and Responsibilities We are seeking a Marketing b2b specialist to work together with various internal teams including technical; sales; and consumer marketing line to help manage and implement our international consumer goods marketing campaigns. You will be working with the consumer goods marketing manager to align and implement marketing campaigns across various regions including Europe/USA, and South and Southeast Asia. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude to help support Consumer line marketing campaigns both digital and offline wherever that may be, as well as work with various teams to use feedback and your own analysis in order to make marketing improvements on campaigns to developer the company strategic objectives including lead generation, conversion and Brand awareness campaigns. An understanding of b2b, consumer goods and a wide range of marketing channels and tools will be needed in order to execute effectively. This position will suit someone with some experience of digital marketing as well as offline events and promotions such as tradeshows, associations and similar as well as an understanding or segmentation, targeting of buyer journey and customer using CRM. An understanding of lead, conversion and revenue generation is useful and also an understanding of the value of Brand and brand awareness development. This position will suit someone who is flexible, open, positive, and independent. Someone who prefers working in a fast-changing and multitask environment rather than an established and singular focus. Someone who can manage multiple campaigns and direction at one time and who is comfortable working within a team as well as independently, when needed, to achieve your targets.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities As the consumer goods specialist you will be responsible for executing global and national marketing efforts such as Be a part of the international marketing team in our consumer goods business line and reporting to the marketing director and working closely with the consumer goods marketing manager based in Europe. The consumer goods marketing specialist will manage marketing and communication activities for the consumer goods and retail business at a international level Manage and support marketing and communication activities for the consumer goods and testing lines withing USA/EU and South and Southeast Asia. Responsible for the support and development of International and local consumer goods marketing and communication plans to promote services and events including (textile and apparel, footwear, electronical and electronic products, toys, furniture, hardgoods, (ecommerce) and seafood) Run global and local marketing and communication campaigns; develop, implement, track, optimize and report on digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels related to consumer goods lines. Manage marketing and communication projects from ideation to completion and coordinate efforts with a wide range of stakeholders including technical, sales, and local companies to drive digital channel growth. Responsible for the organization and promotion of events, including webinars, client meetings and participations to trade fairs, associations, seminars, and other offline events. Responsible for the creation of marketing and communications materials to promote the company, including supporting where possible with (brochures updates, sales PowerPoint presentations, videos, content, PR, social media, newsletters, etc) Help support with development of Social Media campaigns and channels according to marketing calendar. You will help to coordinate and create detailed action plans, in line with the global and local marketing strategies, to promote services and enhance the reputation of the company and ensure that the action plans are completed within the deadline. Segment, profile and target new buyer segments as well as segment and target existing customer segments using CRM.
