Job description: 1.Collaborate with creators and partners in a project, and monitor the workflow and procedures of project development, especially the creative planning and proposal 2.Oversee the budget, within which ensure quality and timely delivery of projects 3.Provide improvement solutions and execution feedbacks for project milestones 4.Quickly and accurately understand customers’ ideas and put them into practice 5.Monitor the execution outcome

Job Requirements

Job requirements: 1.An exceptional eye for arts and aesthetics 2.Working experience in foreign projects (game CG, animation series, visual effect) 3.Experience of creative conceptualization in an early stage of project or quality control execution 4.Have a good command of CG skills like animation production or rendering and compositing effect 5.Successful experience as an executive director/ animation director/ visual effect director in a mature film-television CG project 6.Good at generating shooting scripts 7.Familiar with or gifted for film language (have related personal work collection) 8.Familiar with business resources in China; producers with more resources at hand are preferred 9.Equipped with excellent communication skills, teamwork spirits and high resistance to stress 10.Able to use English at work
