Job Responsibilities

1. According to the company's existing establishment, business development, and personnel needs, coordinate and count the recruitment needs of the company's various projects and departments, and prepare the company's personnel recruitment plan; 2. Fully understand and master the staffing situation of each position, the situation of staff in staff, and the situation of lack of staff, and regularly or irregularly analyze the internal and external situation of human resources and the analysis of recruitment needs; 3. Use various recruitment channels to recruit talents, and perform recruitment, selection, interview, selection and employment; 4. Establish a reserve talent market and industry frontier information to support the decision-making of the employing department.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in Czech and English, which can be used as working languages; 2. More than 3 years experience in recruitment or other human resources modules is preferred; 3. Good communication skills, strong ability to withstand pressure.
