Job Responsibilities
1. Develop advertising strategy and produce content supporting the donation programs and campaigns to drive donors’ and prospects’ engagement in the international community. 2. Develop deep content knowledge of the donation programs and priorities based on different market audiences, and work with the marketing team at the foundation and university levels to ensure high-quality English content. 3. Manage schedules and implement overseas audience-targeted engagement strategies, including content curation and user engagement, to increase social media engagement across different platforms. 4. Ensure that appropriate social media plans are in place and monitor ongoing activities and feedback. 5. Identify and coordinate overseas fundraising promotion and networking opportunities to enhance the University’s global presence.
Job Requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years with proven experience developing content strategy across a variety of channels and mediums, including written articles, multimedia, and social media. 2. An expert-level grasp of email marketing, digital content, mobile marketing, and social media strategy. 3. Competence and experience in English writing, native English speaker. 4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 5. A team player who is highly motivated and dedicated to advancing higher education and have an appreciation for the mission and values of Westlake University.
