Job Requirements

- Responsible for the sales of company products, including but not limited to phototherapy equipment and packaging materials for skincare products. - Actively prospect and develop new customers and markets, establish and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets and performance indicators. - Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs, provide professional product consultation and solutions, and deliver high-level pre-sales and after-sales services. - Develop personal sales plans and strategies in accordance with company requirements, and complete sales tasks accordingly. - Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales negotiations, drive deals, and follow up on order execution. - Collect market information and competitor intelligence, provide timely feedback to the company, and offer suggestions for market demand and product improvements. - Participate in product promotion activities, exhibitions, and sales meetings, represent the company in business negotiations and collaborations with clients. - Maintain sales records and reports, accurately fill out orders and contracts, ensure timely updating and statistics of sales data.
