Job Responsibilities

Delivering engaging and interactive lectures in English to university-level students Preparing course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with the curriculum Facilitating class discussions, encouraging critical thinking, and promoting student participation Providing individualized support and guidance to students, including mentoring and advising Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum Participating in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and university events

Job Requirements

A PhD degree (or near completion) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Science-related disciplines) Native-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in university-level teaching Strong passion for teaching and inspiring students to pursue knowledge Demonstrated ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment Knowledge of educational technology tools and their integration into teaching practices Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to embrace cultural diversity Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive academic community Willingness and ability to periodically travel to China for up to eight weeks
