As an educator, I believe that every student has the potential to learn and grow, and it is my responsibility to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where each student feels that he or she can thrive academically and emotionally. I believe in a student-centered approach to education, where the needs, interests, and abilities of each individual are taken into account. Therefore, planning is essential to the construction of knowledge. One of my main purposes, when teaching is to state that motivation, trust, respect, empathy, and peer interactions in learning, have to be part of every lesson, regardless of the age or level of the students. Finally, I can say that I am committed to equipping my students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to help them become critical thinkers, responsible citizens, and lifelong learners.
