Job Responsibilities

• Meeting with the design and marketing teams to discuss packaging specifications and confirm budgets. • Leads the design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes • Works with clients to understand their needs • experienced in outdoor large equipment packaging design, like outdoor oven • Evaluates market trends & analysing similar packaging design • Brainstorming packaging ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, words, and design software. • Collaborates with marketing and creative teams to create eye-catching designs • Presents designs to clients and stakeholders using sketches and design software • Redesigns prototypes based on feedback from clients & engineers

Job Requirements

• You are bachelor’s degree in industrial design, or graphic design or a comparable field • experienced in outdoor large equipment packaging design, like outdoor oven • You have a natural talent for design and keen eye for detail • A high degree of initiative and team spirit • You are proficient in sketching or 3d design software with good visual presentation skills • Very good language skills in English, speaking Chinese is a plus
