Job Responsibilities
1.Formulate and implement the school’s curriculum plan. 2.Take part in regular meetings with the management team. 3.Continuously improve teaching skills and teaching ability through the sharing of experience, language training methodology and professional knowledge. 4.Develop and maintain an understanding of the Center’s various programs. 5. Track the student’s progression by following the agreed management system,with an emphasis on problem solving. 5. Perform teaching-related duties, including giving presentations, organizing Clubs for the students and parents, and additionally, participating in any marketing events. 6.Provide excellent teaching services to students, ensuring the maximum retention of students.
Job Requirements
1 Native English Speaker 2 Two years teaching experience and/or TESOL certificate 4 Bachelor degree or above
