Job Responsibilities

Responsibility: 1) Responsible for drafting, reviewing and monitoring the legal documents (commercial contracts, letters and so on) and the relevant negotiation with counterparty; 2) Responsible for handling the legal disputes (mediation, arbitration or litigation process), including but not limited to drafting case analysis report, appear in court on behalf of the Company and so on; 3) Responsible for providing legal or compliance opinions upon the consultancy from other departments or business units; 4) Responsible for contacting with the external law firm, governmental or nongovernmental organizations; 5) Responsible for legal research in business or management needs; 6) Responsible for other temporary or ad hoc tasks assigned by senior leaders Please feel free to contact Olay for more details. Job Requirements

Qualified: 1) Bachelor or Master of Laws / J.D; 2) Admission to the Bar / Law society in the candidate’ country; 3) Preferably has a minimum of two years’ working experience as the in-house legal counsel in famous companies or lawyers in external law firms or in governmental organizations; 4) Experience of working in cross-functional project teams; 5) Broad generalist legal experience which refers to: real estate; corporate; crossborder M&A/transactional/FDI; litigation; employment; data privacy; competition law; instructing and managing external counsel; 6) Good time and priority management and organizational skills; 7) Good stakeholder management skills with experience of working with management and decision makers, good team player; 8) Strong English and local language skills in oral and written communication; 9) Strong negotiation and good presentation skills; 10) Strong document drafting skills (attention to detail, analytical, solution focused); 11) Good commercial business acumen and ability to exercise commercial judgment; 12) Detailed knowledge of company, industry, region and practices; 13) Able to travel on short notice and work under tight time pressures; 14) Adaptive
