Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of foreign teacher team, and build a high-quality and stable foreign teacher team; 2. Assisted the principal in carrying out the operation and management of the kindergarten, and assisted in formulating and improving the rules and regulations of the kindergarten. 3. Responsible for the training of foreign teaching teams, so as to make reasonable plans and effective implementation; 4. Coordinate teaching and research administration to ensure the quality of the kindergarten's international cultural curriculum and the satisfaction rate of parents reaches more than 90%; 5. Assist in marketing activities and parents; communication, develop and hold kindergarten bilingual course presentations, and receive parents; inquiries and complaints about foreign teachers; teaching
Job Requirements
1. 8 years working experience in education industry; 2. Bachelor degree or above, major in early education, master degree is preferred; 3. Good English communication skills, experience in English teacher/foreign teacher management; 4. International park management experience is preferred; 5. Under 45 years old
