Job Responsibilities

- Customer services, contacting shippers, organising pick up of cargo - Handling bookings of the overseas colleagues within the group of Companies in Poland, Romania, Ukraine - Interaction with the shipping lines/Interaction with Customs authorities, port authorities - Interaction with overseas colleagues within the company in Poland, Romania, Ukraine - Obtaining up-to-date information on the cargo (tracing); - Control of the execution of additional customs and port procedures; - Looking for possibilities to reduce costs - Arranging documentation: of bills of lading; Telex release etc - Intra-corporate reporting

Job Requirements

Experience in logistics and/or forwarding companies not less than 5 years Knowledge in the field of container transportation; Languages: Russian or Ukranian/English (necessary) Confident PC user; Ability to solve problems quickly; The ability to work as a team Stress resistance;

Polish, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Russian, English
