Field Application Engineer based in the USA Industry: Solar PV / Energy Storage System Job Description: 1. Field service for customer, conduct/support field trial and commissioning for C&I projects. 2. Provide periodical on-site training for our client's customers (min. twice per month). 3. Create demo on ESS system level (mobile, in a van or etc.) for better field training experience. 4. Gather technical info from customer/competitor and feed back to R&D. 5. Mediate with aggravated cases and settle cases amicably 6. Attend sites where phone support could not get to a satisfactory conclusion 7. On-site repairs/adjustment (upgrade, etc.) for distributors or project commissioning purpose. 8. Build good relationships with local customers and installers. 9. Frequent local business trip shall be considered.

Job Requirements: 1. Can accept national and international travel to make sure the local service team deliver a good service, depends on business request. 2. Spainish as a native level and English on professional level 3.Minimum of 3 years work experience in a in the renewable industry, preferably in PV or storage business 4.Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background. 5.Self-driven working mind set, willing to dig in and find out problems, report with clear logic, always providing multi proposals to choose from. 6.International mindset for a multi-cultural environment.
