Job Responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Distributors to provide technical support and sales presentation, such as product description, technical principle introduction, etc. A quick learner of technical professional knowledge in emerging industries. - Visit customers with Sales, conduct product tests on customers' sites, and explain the strengths of the products through the test results. - Deep insight, able to well know the customers' main requirements, and provide technical reports. - Assist the after-sales department to collect data, analyze samples on site and maintain customer relationships, share the customers' operation steps and records with the internal after-sales department, integrate the verification test report from the after-sales department, and report to customers. Conduct product verification and test in US Research Center if needed; - Complete the competitive product analysis report. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemistry or chemical engineering, materials science, physics or applied physics, or electrical/electronic engineering. - 1 or 2 years of relevant work experience in technical support, consumer electronics industry background is preferred. - Eligible to work in the U.S., and fluent in English and Chinese. - Can work from home, and can adapt to 60% of domestic business travels. Willing to relocate or live in Phoenix is preferred. - Flexible working hours and able to attend conference meetings with China headquarter colleagues.
