Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1.Availability to go on site to support commissioning, maintenance, and other after-sales Services when it is necessary 2.Responsible for providing product technical support, including product training,operation guidance; 3.Responsible for product operation service support, including requirements collection,problem tracking and feedback 4.Regularly organize user needs and implementation summaries, and provide product improvement suggestions and plans 5.Reporting towards customer and R&D 6.Familiar using common measurement tools
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or power electronics,and at least 1 year of relevant working experience; 2.With new energy industry background, familiar with photo voltaic modules,inverters,energy storage products; 3.Familiar with European market, English can be used as working language; 4.England local or with England residence permit are preferred.
