Job Responsibilities

岗位职责： 1. 负责在shopee,tiktok平台上进行直播，并与观众进行互动交流； 2. 跟运营对产品，在直播前确认好直播内容。 3. 遵守直播平台的秩序，确保直播顺利的开展 4. 参与直播活动的策划和执行，提高直播平台的知名度和用户粘性； 5. 与团队成员协作，完成其他相关工作。 1. Chịu trách nhiệm phát sóng trực tiếp trên nền tảng shopee, tiktok và tương tác với khán giả; 2- Xác nhận nội dung phát sóng trực tiếp trước khi phát sóng trực tiếp sản phẩm. 3. Tuân thủ trật tự của nền tảng phát sóng trực tiếp và đảm bảo phát sóng trực tiếp diễn ra suôn sẻ 4. Tham gia vào việc lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các hoạt động phát sóng trực tiếp, nâng cao khả năng hiển thị và tính dính của người dùng của nền tảng phát sóng trực tiếp; 5. Hợp tác với các thành viên trong nhóm để hoàn thành các công việc liên quan khác. 1. Responsible for conducting live broadcasts on Shopee and TikTok platforms and interacting with audiences; 2. Compare the products with the operation team and confirm the live content before the live broadcast. 3. Adhere to the order of the live streaming platform and ensure the smooth progress of the live broadcast 4. Participate in the planning and execution of live streaming activities, improve the visibility and user stickiness of the live streaming platform; 5. Collaborate with team members to complete other related tasks.

Job Requirements

1. 具备流利的泰语/越南语/马来语的口语和沟通能力，能够熟练使用东南亚语种进行直播； 2. 具备一定的主持经验和沟通能力，能够与观众进行良好的互动； 3. 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与团队成员协作完成工作； 4. 具备较强的自我管理能力，能够独立完成工作任务； 5. 有过美妆行业的主播优先考虑。 1. Có khả năng nói và giao tiếp thông thạo tiếng Thái/Việt/Mã Lai, có khả năng phát sóng trực tiếp thành thạo các ngôn ngữ Đông Nam Á; 2- Có kinh nghiệm dẫn chương trình và khả năng giao tiếp nhất định, có thể tương tác tốt với khán giả; 3. Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm tốt, có thể hợp tác với các thành viên trong nhóm để hoàn thành công việc; 4- Có năng lực tự quản lý mạnh mẽ, có thể độc lập hoàn thành nhiệm vụ công tác; 5. Người dẫn chương trình từng có ngành trang điểm ưu tiên xem xét. 1. Have fluent spoken and communication skills in Thai/Vietnamese/Malay, and be able to proficiently use Southeast Asian languages for live streaming; 2. Possess certain hosting experience and communication skills, able to interact well with the audience; 3. Possess good teamwork spirit and be able to collaborate with team members to complete tasks; 4. Possess strong self-management skills and be able to independently complete work tasks; * Priority will be given to those who have experience in the cosmetics industry.
