Job Responsibilities

1. In-depth understanding of product requirements, responsible for web front-end research and development, and writing each research and development document that he is responsible for; 2. According to the project schedule, complete the research and development work within the specified development time; 3. Actively maintain close communication with the product team, project management team, development team and testing team, and actively promote the progress of development tasks; 4. Ensure the quality of the development code and abide by the working specifications of the company's project management system and code management system; 5. Lead the front-end R&D team to determine code specifications and workflow specifications, and find out the deficiencies in technical procedures or processes to provide good suggestions for improvement; 6. Continuously research new technologies, and regularly carry out internal technology sharing within the production research and testing team, and prepare technical learning materials for internal use within the company.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. More than 5 years of full-time front-end development work experience; 3. Participated in the architecture design and development of large-scale web applications; have a solid foundation, pay attention to the development of web technology, understand the browser kernel rendering mechanism, understand SEO, and be familiar with Git; 4. Proficient in one or more of the mainstream frameworks such as react, vue, angular, etc., and have the ability to develop projects independently; 5. Familiar with community open source libraries such as Ant design and MATERIAL-UI 6. Familiar with W3C specifications, proficient in front-end development technologies such as HTML4/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, ES5/ES6, and solid JS foundation; 7. Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, strong desire to learn, self-driven awareness; good communication skills, teamwork skills; strong logical thinking ability, anti-stress ability; good problem analysis and problem solving skills;
