Job Responsibilities
1、Assist in the planning, design, and management of social media account matrices, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to drive user and business growth across social media channels. 2、Manage content operations, planning, and publishing for overseas social media channels, encompassing daily posts, event management, and other related tasks to achieve the goal of conversion and user acquisition, and fulfill growth objectives. 3、Establish and maintain positive relationships with fans and customers, explore potential customer needs, provide assistance and answers to queries, guide customer conversion, and gather user feedback to continuously adjust and optimize content production. 4、Monitor traffic data, track and analyze abnormal data for attribution. Analyze and mine value-added improvement scenarios based on user behavior and feedback, and verify the results./5、Collect tweet and video materials, and ensure proper documentation and archiving to accumulate operational resources and data files.
Job Requirements
1. Possess native-level English proficiency, understand social media operations, and have the ability to develop and implement attractive social media content plans. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs). 2. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. 3. Be sensitive to overseas social media trends, have a curious mind, and show interest in exploring and understanding the cultural new media trends of various countries. 4. Skilled at capturing trending topics, planning content, and writing copy. Experience in operating activities is a plus. Candidates with experience in short video editing and planning will receive additional consideration. 5. Have a spirit of teamwork and effective communication skills, and be able to collaborate with others to solve problems. 6. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the internet industry, who are familiar with overseas market trends and marketing strategies.
