Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: Manage and develop the sales territory in Seoul/Gyeonggi-do region to achieve sales goals and performance targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth and expand market share. Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence, provide market feedback and recommendations to company management. Follow up on sales opportunities, guide the sales process, and ensure successful closure of sales opportunities. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution of problems. Provide sales reporting and data analysis to support company decision-making. Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and conferences, representing the company in business negotiations with clients. Job Requirements

Qualifications: Relevant sales experience with a strong understanding of sales processes and sales management. Experience in sales within the Seoul/Gyeonggi-do region, familiar with the local market and customer base. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients. Strong team leadership and management skills, able to motivate team members and drive business development. Strong sales skills and negotiation abilities, able to engage in effective business negotiations with clients. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to quickly address and resolve various sales issues. Self-driven and results-oriented work attitude, able to maintain good performance under pressure. Fluent English communication skills, able to engage in business communication with international clients. Possession of a valid driver's license for local travel to visit clients.
