Job Responsibilities
Job Description: 1. Organize and formulate the company's human resource management system and rules and regulations; 2. Responsible for the construction of the company's overall talent echelon, organized and presided over staff interviews and recruitment according to the company's strategy and employment needs, and established efficient and efficient recruitment channels; 3. Responsible for establishing a lean and efficient training organization system and improving the training management system; 4. Job Requirements
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration/Human resource management is preferred; 2. At least eight years of working experience, including at least five years of full module working experience in local human resources in the Philippines, including at least three years of management experience; Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, employment risk control, etc. Initial team building and recruitment channel development project experience is preferred, manufacturing background is preferred; 3. Proficient in Office and other common office software, fluent in Chinese and English as working languages, capable of written reporting and data analysis; 4. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, comprehensive management ability and leadership ability.
