Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for pre-sales technical support of technical solutions in overseas markets, complete pre-sales and post-sales technical consultation and solution design. 2. Organize and implement product demonstration meetings, technical exchange meetings, technical seminars, etc. for overseas customers. 3. Solve the problems of product application circuit design and related application system technology for overseas customers. 4. Assist sales staff and customers in all levels (business, technical implementation) of technical communication and answers. 5. Coordinate the support of software/hardware development, product design and business promotion. 6. Overseas customer complaints tracking and processing.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic information engineering related majors. 2. Proficient in English, able to read and kind of devices in English information. 3. Good communication skills in English and standard Mandarin. 4. Good at thinking, good sense of customer service and teamwork spirit. 5. Integrated semiconductor industry chip original overseas application technical support experience is preferred.
