Job Responsibilities
1. Assisted the organization in formulating the human resources work plan for overseas business according to the Group's overseas development strategy, and assisted in sorting out the overseas human resources system and process specifications. 2. Implemented overseas human resources planning, assisted the general manager of the business division to build overseas core teams and conduct team management, including the introduction of overseas personnel, personnel structure management, personnel training, and payment of salary and welfare benefits. 3. Assist the company in the early stage of external affairs communication (including but not limited to local government departments or external suppliers, etc.); 4. Responsible for overseas local administration and the arrangement and docking of visiting Chinese personnel; 5. Regularly provide high-level decision-makers with overseas special suggestions on human resources, organizational construction, administrative management, etc., to provide information support for major decisions of the company; 6. Build corporate culture of overseas teams, create organizational atmosphere, promote cultural integration, and enhance employee satisfaction. 7. Support other work in overseas business development.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, management or related is preferred; 2, Fluent in Chinese and English, more than 5 years of overseas HR management experience; 3, cheerful, positive, strong ability to work under pressure, with good communication skills and execution; 4, can accept overseas assignment or business trip;
