Job Responsibilities

-Lead business and aftersales service activities for the region. -Act as the voice of the customer to transfer information back to the organization and help connect all support measures required. -Lead efforts towards continued localization opportunities to develop partners and suppliers. -Support will all related coordination with local government agencies, policies, and regulations. -Manage related activites to ensure logistics and payments operations are in line with commercial agreements. -Monitor customer product satisfaction and act as first point of contact for quality claim response measures. -Collect market intelligence according to business strategy direction. -Support business development initiatives according to customer business unit strategy execution.

Job Requirements

Automotive Industry Experience, Academic background in Mechanical, Electrical or Materials Engineering, Strong Business Acumen, Self-Starter, Highly motivated, Communication and Intercultural Skills, Strong Negotiation Skills, Excellent organizational skills, Strong presentation and reporting skills, experience in promotion and market analysis
