Job Responsibilities
Position: Customer Relationship Director; Location: Köln, Germany Gross Salary: EUR4,200 per month + sales commission We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Director to be responsible for leading a global team to engage with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The Customer Relationship Director will work closely with key account managers to constantly identify opportunities to grow the existing customers and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Customer Relationship Director, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. Customer Relationship Director Responsibilities: Associate with top management and develop global commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives; Implement company-wide business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control; Formulate and drive annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics; Lead global key account managers to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers; Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling; Know your competition and strategizing accordingly; Accomplish the human resources by recruiting, training, and coaching your team, and monitor their customer management performance; Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently; Conducting business reviews using CRM programs;
Job Requirements
Customer Relationship Director Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in sales, international trade, or relevant field; At least 10 years of experiences in sales operation, customer relationship management, business development and global team management in TIC industry, or global trade business or international purchasing business. Experiences in TIC industry will be preferred; Proven records of sales and sales management; Excellent listening, writing, cross cultural communication and interpersonal skills; Experienced in remote team management; Strong work ethic; Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives; Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking; Strong organizational skills; Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks; Outstanding problem-solving skills; Good time management abilities; Strong decision-making skills; Aggressive, determined and self-motivated; International travel is required; Excellent English skills; study or work experiences in China or for Chinese company will be preferred;
