Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute cross-regional sales strategy to explore new markets Lead the sales team, provide guidance and support, and promote teamwork Manage customer relationships, communicate with customers, and resolve issues Traveling to the USA and China Shanghai (Half Half) for business negotiations and customer visits. Analyse market trends and develop sales plans accordingly Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth running of projects

Job Requirements

Location: Travelling to the USA and China Shanghai is required. Position Summary: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling across multiple territories in the WEED lighting industry in the US markets. You will develop sales strategies, prospect for new customers, and ensure sales goals are met.
