Job Responsibilities
•Responsible for the management, induction, sorting, filing and storage of sales contracts and other marketing documents; •Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical statements and reports of various sales indicators; •Assist business personnel to do a good job in customer reception and telephone visits; •Handle administrative work within the company
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience •At least 2-3 years of sales assistant or administrative experience •Proficient in Office software Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP, CRM, etc •Good communication skillsGood data analysis skillsGood coordination ability •Travel to China 1-2 times a year •Native Thai speaker, fluent in English or Chinese, able to read and write •Have a driving license
