Job Responsibilities
1. Developing new agents and maintaining good relationship with existing overseas agents for African routes by promoting our strength in both sea and air 2. Managing and optimizing customer resources to provide high-qualified customer service as logistics chain expert for agents and clients 3. Training and leading the whole team in same trade in each branch to improve the trade performance and achieve the target 4. Guiding the team to optimize buying rates as well as supplier system to secure competitiveness 5. Assisting the Trade Director to run the trade in whole system including sourcing and selling
Job Requirements
1. 4-year Bachelor’s degree 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word) 4. A can-do attitude and ability to achieve win-win outcomes for company and clients 5. Superior communication skills – including listening and speaking/writing 6. Strong negotiation skills with an assertive and competitive demeanor 7. The confidence to close a sale 8. One to two years of sales experience (Outside Sales) is preferred, but not required 9. Shows an ability to manage time to complete tasks 10. keep a good relationship with colleagues
