Job Responsibilities
Website:www.merit-link.com 1. Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations. 2. Assist in preparation of management reporting and consolidation of financial statement. 3. Assist financial forecast and planning analysis and consolidation. 4. Reviews account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. 5. Handles monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and prepares full set of management accounts including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Responsible for stock take, cash flow management and accounts reconciliation. 6. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of annual audit schedules, and tax schedules as needed. 7. Liaise with external auditors for statutory audit matters. 8. Work closely with frontline staff to ensure compliance of company policy at workplace.
Job Requirements
1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines along with professional accounting qualification is preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with consolidation skills is preferred. 3. Knowledge on consolidation, management accounting and statutory reporting. 4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software. 5. Task oriented, self-motivated, detail minded, energetic, good inter-personal and communication skills. 6. Good team player and able to perform under tight deadlines. 7. Good command of spoken and written in English
