Job Requirements
Role&Responsibility 1-Manage DHgate high value customers by promoting products, services and marketing campaigns on a regular basis and interact with customers and dealing with customer’s inquiries timely. 2-Responsible for customer development and channel expansion in United States of America, expand local customers base and bring a continuous stream of high-quality customers to the DHgate platform, explore local exhibitions and display centers resources, and implement activities such as local promotion, training and publicity for target groups and partners. 3-Own goals and performance metrics for daily operations and campaigns, monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of operation strategy, making recommendations for continuous improvement. 4-Lower Customer attrition by Implementing conflict management skills to solve complex after-sales disputes in a way that builds a positive customer experience. 5-Maintain key account customers relationship and collect KA customer profile, voice and suggestion and share back to Headquarter periodically 6-Conduct research on the US market through online and offline channels, provide insights output of the US cross-border e-commerce market. 7-Regularly participate in various local industry fairs in the United States, collect useful business information and provide feasibility suggestions. 8-Coordinate internal and external resources, cooperate with the company's overall strategy, and complete all indicators set by the company. 9-Other additional duties as required. Requirements: Education: University degree or above, accurate and proficient in English and Spanish is a plus (preferably speaks Chinese) Skills: A knowledge of and an interest in promoting customers through social media is a necessity Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once Analytical ability Problem solving skills Excellent communication skills-verbal&written, Customer service support Time management Ability to deliver practical results Attention to details Experience: Familiar with the US market, more than 5 years of sales/BD experience with trackable records (Internet and international trade experience is preferred) Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Possess certain customer resources, with the ability to independently expand and maintain customer relationships (one who wishes to become a partner is preferred) Applicants with commercial or retail resources are prefer
