Job Responsibility 1、By answering phone calls, resolving customer issues and concerns. and providing polite and helpful assistance. 2、Providing comprehensive pre-sales service by addressing customer questions about products, shipping, payment, and assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions. 3、Following up and promptly handling orders, including returns, order cancellations, address changes, logistics tracking, and any order-related issues. 4、Offering high-quality post-sales service, including effectively handling customer complaints and disputes, providing post-sales technical consultations, and coordinating resolutions. 5、Accurately recording customer information and interactions for tracking and follow-up. 6、Need to work with the team to film an explanatory video to guide customers in DIY window restoration. 7、Actively communicating with team leaders and cooperating with upper management.
