Job Responsibilities

Provide the full spectrum of Human resources support for Tanzania office (job advertisement, interview, initial evaluation for the interviewee, assessment arrangements, preparation of Attachments of Labour Contract and Amendments to Attachments of Labour Contract, termination of the contracts, dismissal etc.) . 2. Periodical Analysis and Control of turnover rate to yearly target in the office. 3. Trace local Labour Law and other local regulations and timely advise to senior management. 4. Other tasks assigned by the Senior Management.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in oral and written English 2. Familiar with MS softwires 3. 3 years HR-related working experiences 4. Bachelor's degree required. Major in HR or attendance in related courses. 5. Additional Requirements: -Team working spirit. -Strong and independent. -Skilled in communication and coordination. -Familiar with local labor regulations, management of remuneration, manpower, insurances, training etc.
