Job Responsibilities
1. Coordination with various government departments and cooperating companies: including coordinating and tracking various tasks such as company registration, license applications, and other tasks involving government departments and consulting companies. Also responsible for updating policies from government departments during normal company operations and coordinating with them. 2. Handling commercial tasks for overseas orders, including order management, coordination of customs and freight forwarding work. 3. Reception work for external visitors and internal staff on leave, including airport pick-up and drop-off, hotel reservations, etc. 4. Handling various visa and work permit applications for the company. 5. Daily management of company vehicles and office premises. 6. Handling procurement, management, and distribution of office supplies and other daily necessities. 7. Archiving and inputting of company documents into the system. 8. Handling office administrative tasks and completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Strong systematic thinking, comprehensive analytical skills, and communication skills (proficient in Hungarian, Chinese, and English). Bachelor's degree or above with relevant work experience preferred. 2. Familiar with the business processes and relationships of local government departments in Hungary, familiar with local customs, holding a Hungarian permanent residence permit, and driver's license. 3. Proficient in using office software.
