Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 1.HRstrategy: Partnerwithcompanyleadershipteamonallaspectsoforganizationaleffectiveness includingstaffingandrecruitment,performancemanagement,compensation management,traininganddevelopment,coachingandemployeerelations. Provideinputindefiningavisionofthedesiredcultureandworkenvironmentand provideadviceanddirectiononhowtomakethevisionareality. EnsurefairandconsistentapplicationofHRpoliciesandprocedures,inlinewith corporategovernancepracticesandlocallegalcompliance. AccountableforallHRpolicies,processes,procedures,programsandensure compliancewithcorporategovernanceandlocalregulations. 2.Recruitment: Reviewtherecommendationsandcompilingamanpowerplanforafinancialyear. Ensurethecomplianceofrecruitmentpolicy Diagnosetalentmanagementneedsofthecompanytopartnerwithbusinessleader todesignandimplementpolicies,programandpracticestoenablethecompany toachievebusinessgoalsandobjectives. 3.CompensationandBenefit: EnsuretheongoingimplementationandcomplianceofC&Bpolicyofcompany Calculatesalariesandsupervisethemonthlypayrollprocess,ensuringcompliance withsocialinsurance,healthinsurance,staffcompensationandPITcalculationand thecostvsthebudget. Coordinatethestaffperformancereviewandappraisalprograms. Carryoutannualsalarysurveytoensuresalaries,rewardsandbenefitsremain competitiveinthelabormarketinlinewithcompanyoverallstrategy. Ensuretheimplementationofallstaffbenefitpoliciesalreadybudgeted. Ensurethepropercommunicationtostaffaboutthebenefitspolicies. 4.HRbudgeting: Leadtheimplementationofcompanybudgeting. MonitoringandcontrolHRcost(actualvsbudgetandvspreviousmonth,previous year). 5.Training: Implementgrouptrainingpolicyandprocedure,staff’scareerdevelopmentpolicy. Implementorientationpolicyandprocedurefornewstaffandrefreshcurrentstaff. Analyze,collaboratewithrelevantdepartments,trainingneedsandfuture developmentofstaffinthecompany Performanceassessment: LeadthesettingupthestaffcompetenciesappraisalwithKPIs. 6.Staffrelation: Setup,writedowninternalregulation,registerlaborinternalregulationforcompany Lead,motivateanddevelopHRteamandmanagetheoperationsofHRfunction. KeepanintermediaterolebetweenHeadofdepartmentandstaff. Handleemployeegrievanceandlaborrelationsandtrytosettleconflictsamicably. Processesdisciplinaryactionsthroughthepolicyimplementedineachsubsidiary. 7.Administrativerelated: Inchargeofcompanyadministrationmanagement,includingbutnotlimitedto:office equipmentpurchasing,takingcareofallemployeeneedsrelatedtowork 8.Performothertaskswhichassignedbythedirectionofmanager.

Requirements: 1.bachelororhigherdegree 2.nativeFilipino,abletouseEnglishasworkinglanguage 3.3+yearsofexperienceinhumanresources,atleast1yearmanagingexperience, workingexperienceinfinancialindustryispreferred 4.stronginrecruitment,payrollandothergeneralHRmatters,goodknowledgeoflabor lawandregulationsofpersonalincometaxandsocialinsurance 5.abilitytobuildandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithcolleagues 6.goodcommunicationskills,proactivework,strongexecutionability,reliableand responsible,abletoworkunderhighpressure. 7.WorkinManila.
