Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the entire process of social recruitment, optimizing and promoting the social recruitment system; 2. Publish recruitment information, collect and screen resumes, and arrange interviews, using various effective recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs of the department; 3. Maintain and expand recruitment channels, carry out effective recruitment, and establish corresponding talent pools based on the actual situation of each position; 4. Other human resources related work 5. Employer brand building.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in unified enrollment, English can be used as the working language; 2. There is no limit to the length of work experience, and it is best to have experience in personnel recruitment; 3. Familiar with various related knowledge such as human resource management and psychology; Familiar with relevant laws and regulations; 4. Proficient in using office software, possessing strong writing and communication skills, familiar with video processing and employer brand building is preferred; 5. Outgoing personality, positive and upright, strong learning ability, and ambitious.
