Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities: 1. Proposal Development: Lead the development of high-quality and competitive proposals for commercial and industrial energy storage projects. Collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, and operations teams to gather project requirements, technical specifications, cost estimations, and other relevant information. 2. Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of customer requirements, including load profiles, peak demand periods, power quality needs, and financial goals. Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations. 3. Solution Design: Use your expertise in energy storage systems to design optimal solutions that address customer needs and maximize economic benefits. Coordinate with engineering teams to evaluate the technical feasibility, system sizing, equipment selection, and integration with existing infrastructure. 4. Cost Estimation – Develop detailed cost estimates for energy storage solutions that meet customer's needs and requirements, ensuring that solutions are cost-effective and winnable for the company. 5. Proposal Writing and Presentation: Prepare well-written, professional proposals that effectively communicate the technical of cost aspects the proposed energy storage system. Create compelling presentations and deliver them to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements and showcasing the benefits of the proposed solution. 6. Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and sales teams to negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients. Ensure that negotiated terms align with the proposed solution, deliverables, pricing, and project timeline. 7. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their evolving needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the proposal process. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 2. At least 3 years of experience in Proposal Manager or in a similar role within the energy storage, renewable energy, or power industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial energy storage systems, including battery technologies, power conversion equipment, and control systems. 4. Strong understanding of financial analysis, including ROI calculations, payback periods, and other key financial metrics. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present solution to diverse stakeholders. 6. Ability to analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and create persuasive proposals that address specific requirements.
